***Edited to add.....so sorry for the delay with my post. I am not sure if I am the only one having blogger issues or not. I am having HUGE issues with scheduled posts. I've been getting some things ready for a trip today and finally noticed that my post did not go live yet again. Sorry for the delay.

It's Stamp Simply time! :) This weeks challenge is to create a card using stars and stripes. I decided to pull out some new Papertrey for this one and make a little baby card. I used Heavenly Medley and some FABU ribbon from Sharon's store.

Hip Hop!

hip HOP! Are you loving the new Unity kit of the month!? I love this one! The sentiments have inspired me! ;) I am wanting to create a book around them. I decided to use this weeks Clean & Simple scrapbook sketch to put together the first page of the book.


The paper is Cosmo. I used the 'you Inspire me' sentiment from the kit.


Don't forget that the KOTM guest designer challenge is extended this month due to the holiday. You have until the 8th to get your entries finished.

New Flower Soft...(Post #2 For Today)

New! I LOVE NEW! ;) You have to see the new Flower Soft! I am so excited! Sue has released two new colors, new toppers....all to be available soon! Today I have a sneak of one of the new toppers and the new white.

The team has a challange to step 'out of the box' with their projects. This one is definitely out of the box for me. I'm so used to stamping and coloring....love that, but cannot tell you how great it was to pull out one of these super cute toppers and add some Polar White Flower Soft to create a card. Take a peek.....

Here's one of the things that I LOVE about the new toppers. Each topper comes with a sheet with different images to pop out and use for decoupage...ok...that's what they call it 'across the pond'. Here it's paper tole. This technique lets you pop up an image over and over to give your project dimension. Here's a close up of the image.....

I popped up the girl and dog first, then went back to just pop the girl, then I popped her hat. One of the things that I love about the new Polar White is the sparkle. It looks so much like snow. It's just beautiful.

Stamp Simply!

It's time for another Stamp Simply challenge. Sharon has such a fun challenge for us this week. You can find all the deets on her blog.

This week you need to use at least two colors on your project; grassy green and sky blue. The twist? You have to paper pierce as well. FUN! When I first think of the color combo I think spring, flowers, warm. But what did I reach for on this one???? Christmas? ;) Go figure! I pulled out some new Unity goodness and came up with this.

This one is super clean and simple. I love the new Christmas stamps. My fav! :)

The Most Wonderful Hip HOP!

How fun to bring a little Christmas to June! Yesterday was such a HOT day! It so nice to bring a little winter cheer!


I LOVE the new Christmas stamps from Unity! How CUTE are they! I made a few EPLS samples for this one. I think I could whip out a few dozen of these to maybe send out this year. I used October Afternoon for all of them. Take a peek....

The ribbon is old Stampin Up.

Next up a little gift set. I found these super cute boxes and thought they would be perfect for a bit of candy....
